Dennis and Kathy Lang are husband and wife, together since 1982. Yoga found them back in 2000 at the Miraval Spa resort in Arizona. They are both certified E-RYT500 / YACEP teachers of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Dennis also holds a BS and MS in Structural Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and Kathy holds a BS in Business from Clemson University. After twenty-four years in the corporate world in various middle and upper management roles, they voluntarily retired themselves to pursue their new career path as yoga and meditation teachers. Both Dennis and Kathy are legacy ambassadors with Lululemon Athletica. As ethereal musicians, they integrate sound and vibration into their teaching as a healing modality with Spanish guitar, fusion sitar, crystal bowls, gong, Native American flute, harmonium, drums, and chimes.
