Biblioteka Narodowa, 2019 4to (29.5 cm), 956 pp. Publisher's boards. The Library of the Republic of Poland, founded in the 18th century by the Załuski brothers, was one of the largest and most important European libraries. Its collections were dispersed during the partitions. This catalogue, the result of a long-term international project, contains descriptions of 2300 manuscripts which belonged to the library. Prefatory materials in English, Polish and Russian include an introduction by Tomasz Szwaciński, "The Załuski Library Manuscript Collection in the National Library of Russia" by Olga N. Bleskina, "On the extant manuscripts from the former Załuski Library and their cataloguing principles" by Krzysztof Kossarzecki, "The Załuski Library collection of oriental manuscripts in the National Library of Russia" by Olga V. Vasilyeva.
