San Francisco. 1911 Gilt lettered brown cloth. 4to. Illustrated with photographs. A scarce title detailing an excursion of the membership of the Hotel Managers Association throughout the California and the Pacific Coast in April , 1910. Traveling in 3 luxurious trains, the group commissioned James to chronicle their journeys , thus producing this book. This particular volume was issued by the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco in 1911 and bears its imprint on the front cover. Slight rippling to later pages, else near Fine.
