About This Item
Solion with Norwood / Licensed by Curtis Publishing, 2004. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Spiral-bound Wraps. Fine. Rockwell, Norman. Fine. See scans and description. (no place): Solion, with lithography by Norwood; licensed by Curtis Publications, Indianapolis. The 2004 Saturday Evening Post Norman Rockwell Calenda, this being the variant published (in this case) by the apparently now-defunct Solion print solutions company, with the cover illustration being Rockwell's painting of a schoolteacher (Miss Jones) who has been pleasantly surprised on her birthday by chalked birthday wishes on the blackboard from her young charges. See scan. Quarto size in landscape format, 10 3/4" in width, 8 3/8" tall. Spiral bound, 12 pp., each with a Rockwell painting reproduction on a verso and each with a calendar month on a recto. Fine; note that what appears to be a tiny cover smudge (see scan) is in fact underneath the cover gloss, hence was part of the printing process, whether intentional or not. This calendar will be shipped in a new, sturdy, protective box - not a bag. LG9
