As issued in navy blue cloth with dust jacket. A remarkably bright copy of an uncommon book. Bottom corner of the rear board is bumped, else a nearly fine copy in a lightly shelfworn and toned dust jacket. All in all, a beautiful copy of this "scholarly study of the materila, organization, and employment of balloons in the first year of the war" Nevins I, p. 8. Uncommon in this condition with a dust jacket. Dornbusch IV, 11614.

In publisher's stiff, printed wrappers. A fairly nice copy but for some dampstaining to the bottom edge of the plates in the rear; otherwise, contents clean and binding solid.
