Very Good. 8vo (9"x7"). 132pp. Brown cloth-covered boards with gilt/blue/dk. brown -stamped decoration to upper cover & spine, blind stamped decoration to lower cover, illus. endpapers. Boards rubbed, esp. to spine, extremes and corners (board exposed). Spine stiff (competently repaired), corners soft. Endpapers foxed, splitting over hinges, uneven signatures, binding sound. Textblock edges & pages toned. Gift inscription to first page. B&W frontis, B&W engraved cuts throughout. Covered in seller's protective mylar. Scarce.
