London/NY: MacMillan and Co., 1889. Hardcover. Good +. 5 1/2 x 8 in. Blue cloth with gilt spine lettering. Condition is GOOD+ ; minor shelf wear, covers clean but cloth is moulting, with overall patches of lighter areas. Spine much less so. Binding tight and text clean with engraved bookplate on front pastedown. US Hist. Stax.
