Huntingdon, PA: The Yoder Publishing Company (1942) 114 pp. Original black cloth covers w/ titles in gilt. Modest rubbing to corners and spine ends. Previous owner's name in pencil on front blank endpaper. Plain white DJ lightly soiled w/ wear and few short tears to edges. Tiny chips to corners and spine ends; approx. 1/2" chip at top edge of rear panel near spine. The first transcription of the Amish hymns which had been preserved by ear for many generations. Contents nice.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good+/Very Good-. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Very Scarce.
