First edition, near fine green cloth hardcover shows bit of toning to covers and red remainder stamp at bottom page edges, else tight and clean, in very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows heavy expusre toning to spine changing color from tan to light blue (still reads fine) and with edgewear that includes tiny chips and tears. 306 pages. Still a pleasing copy of this "unique memoir" from the noted food author.
