First Aldine edition of the second (and rarer) part of Pontanus's lyrics, covering his poems of love and conjugal love. Slight soiling to early vellum, bookplate to pastedown, old signature to title, old bibliographic note in pencil to endpaper, edges sprayed blue - a fine, crisp copy. 170 leaves, colophon and Aldine device at rear.
