In the ORIGINAL black printed/lettered and bordered, front and back, paper covered boards. The paper of the spine is titled/banded in black. The paper of the spine is split/splitting along most of the edges. The paper head/tail of the spine is missing circa .0.5 cm, and the corners/edges are bumped/rubbed, but overall it is unusual to find such early Black Printed paper covered boards in such a pretty good condition. Images available on request. ALL Hinges Tight and Secure. Plain endpapers, with a contemporary decorative bordered name label on the front pastedown - 'George Newmarch, Burford' (A Solicitor in Burford in the 1800s and Clerk of the SeeOffices). Light scattered foxing spots - mainly to the endpapers/prelims and with the odd spot/patch here and there in the text, which is generally Very Clean and Tight. (xiii) + (3) + 160 pp. Contents cover a large miscellany of cases from Alehouses, Apothecary, Brawling, Bread, Fraud, Incest, Lunatic, Manslaughter, Servants, Stage Coaches, Vagrants, Usury to Witness, etc, etc, etc, along with all the more usual Legal staples of the early Nineteenth Century. Together with a 'Table of the Names of the Cases Reported'. ; Large 8vo 10" - 10.5" Tall .
