Pages are crisp, clean and unmarked - apparently never read. 1921. First Edition. 45 illustrations, a few in color. 4 maps, one foldout. Tissue-guarded frontispiece in each volume. A narrative bibliography that is arranged topically, e. g. Niagara discovered, the French period, the English period, travelers' original accounts, flora and fauna, science and geology, music, poetry, fiction, maps and pictures, industrial Niagara, guides, railroads, etc. The two volumes are uniformly bound in the original blue cloth, stamped in bright and shiny gold. Oversize Hardcover. This heavy 2 volume set will require extra postage for Priority and International shipments.
