About This Item

New York: The Hobart Company, 1903. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Remington, Frederic and Edwin Willard Deming. Classic tale of the western frontier. No writing, marks, underlining, or bookplates. Spine is tight and crisp. Boards are flat and true, and the corners are square. There is some bumping to the boards, specifically the corners and the top and bottom of the spine. The bottom spine extreme also shows some small (1/4") tears from what appears to be regular wear-and-tear. The front and rear endpapers are slightly browned, and the rear endpapers are separated along the hinge for about 4". Other than that, this is a very crisp, clean copy. No dust jacket. This collectible, very good, first edition/first printing copy is protected with an archival mylar cover. Satisfaction guaranteed!
