Although there are no color photos the black and white photos are okay but more importantly is the information the author places between the pics. A nice feature is that under the general information of the tarantulas and scorpions sections he explains sexing. Filled with good ideas and suggestions this book will be treasured by anyone beginning with these fascinating animals. Doubtless, if you are a serious hobbyist of tarantulas and/or scorpions you should own this book.
