New York: The Architectural Record Co, 1906. Wraps. Fair. Printed wraps. Black and white photos throughout, with many ads. A single issue of this journal devoted to architecture featuring articles on recent suburban architecture in Philadelphia and vicinity, our architectural anarchy, the new Harvard clubhouse, building the new campanile, etc. FAIR/GOOD condition. Wrappers split and torn along the upper and lower hinges of the spine, with some associated creasing. A few minor chips, tears and creases along the extremities. General toning to the wrappers, with some soiling and offsetting along the extremities. Faint dampstain along the spine. Interior clean and solid.
