Bound in publisher's original hardcover Gray paper boards with dark tan cloth spine and paper label. 276 pp. Fully illustrated, with examples of typography, printed pages, and bindings from Britain (William Morris's Kelmscott Press and its influence in reviving the art of the fine Private Press), Germany, France, Austria, Hungary, Sweden, and America. Very fine, full-sized, letterpress reproduction of the first page of the Kelmscott Chaucer and examples from other Kelmscott books. Top right cover corner bumped. Some yellowing to internal pages but no foxing. Condition overall: Good+.
