USA: Alfred A. Knopf, 1995. First Edition. hardcover. very good. Inscribed. Hardcover book in very good condition, jacket in good condition. Water damage to front of jacket, also marking board beneath. Edgewear to jacket, including small tears, and boards, including bumping to board corners. Minor marks to jacket, and jacket spine slightly faded. Light foxing to endpapers and page block edges, but text clean. Book is signed on front endpapers to 'Ant' or 'Anthony' by Lee Lorenz (including a small drawing) and Anne Hall (including a small drawing), and is signed by George Booth, Kathy Osborn (assumed to be cover artist for New Yorker around 1991), and Arnie Levin (including a large drawing).
