Pages, Pages and plates v/g condition, clean. Blue cloth, gilt author's signature on upper cover and gilt title on spine. Head/tail of spine, edges and corners lightly worn and bumped. Black and white dust jacket illsutrated with photo frames on both covers and red titles. Spine torn with sections missinng. VG+/GOOD. Reprint. Hard Cover.
