Some foxing to jacket, minor edge wear and several short tears. In 1973 the author and her family rounded Cape Horn in their 30 foot catamaran. In 1984 she decided to return to Cape Horn but this time by land, on horseback. This is the story of that second trip down the length of Chile through the Atacama Desert, rainforests and the snow and ice of Tierra del Fuego.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Very Good. 8vo.
