London: Longmans Green, 1890. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Fair. Original pictorial cloth, pp. xiv, 463, illustrated. Previous owner name to verso of the fep. Intermittent foxing throughout the book, cracked in places but nice and square and the binding is still tight. Top edge darkened. The covers are in nice clean condition with corners bumped and frayed and both ends of the backstrip crushed.
