Small chips top edge spine dj with some light foxing along edge of front panel, and slight rubbing to back panel of same, else, Pristine, no wear. No markings, tight binding, clean, white and bright. 6.5" x 9.25". Grey marbled leatherette with black paper-covered boards, and black lettering to spine. Illustrated dj in acetate protector. "The author observes 'this is in any way an attempt to create a wholesale revival of Baroque Architecture in England. It is simply a history of a complex and neglected period'. In an effort to dispel the popular misconceptions regarding the Baroque period, he offers a careful study with great historical breadth and aesthetic sensitivity.".
