Farley. 40 numbered pages, 6 unnumbered pages of photos. The Battle of Sand Creek, was a massacre led by Col. Chivington of the 3rd Colorado Volunteer Cavalry. This account is by a member of Co. D, 3rd Colorado & was published in the Colorado Sun in 1878-1879; more factual than earlier accounts.
