About This Item

White Plains: Peter Pauper Press, n.y.. Hardcover. Small 8vo. Blue and green decorated paper over boards, pictorial dust jacket. 62pp. Illustrations. Near fine/Very good. Faintest of jacket edgewear and sunning. A tight and lovely later printing of this undated modern edition. The adaptations of Joseph Crawhall's woodcuts are crudely charming.

Reviews

On Oct 20 2021, a reader said:
This book is an amazing collection of insightful sayings by Ben. Many if not all were published in Poor Richard's Almanac. This book gives the reader a window into Ben's extensive wisdom and also gives insight into the times in which he lived and what their thoughts were on a variety of things. Great book to help make this Founding Father more real.
