Small octavo in green cloth with green and off white wrappers; illus.; 60 pp., 19 cm.; wrappers are edgeworn with small closed and open tears and chips protected in mylar to prevent further damage; light foxing to front and back covers and folds of verso jacket; light to moderate soil to jacket; despite wear to jacket, still in one piece and attractive; board are bumped at spine ends; leaves have light foxing along the edges and some light tanning to leaves; o/w pages are clean and free of marks; binding is tight; a gently well-loved. "Most of the dishes in this book can be cooked or finished in 20-30 minutes, and many of them even more quickly." -inside. In English.
