Large paperback, inscribed and signed by Raymond Pitcairn's wife: "To William Ruff with appreciation of your spirit and quality of your work. From Mrs. Raymond Pitcairn. " Most likely, only a small number of copies were printed, it includes a nice frontis photo of the author and his wife, a Pennsylvania lawyer and architect, Pitcairn designed Glencairn Castle, a castle-like home for his family in Bryn Athyn, he couldn't read architectural drawings but did his design work by having his craftsmen create tri-dimensional models, a few reading creases are present on the spine but the binding is clean and tight and the contents are fine ; 222 pages .
