In the red cloth boards, gilt blocked titles to spine. Unpaginated. B&w photography featuring 58 young women from the scene in 1960s London, with numerous icons of the Swinging Sixties, including Charlotte Rampling, Patti Boyd - who also provides the arresting dust wrapper image - Julie Christie, and Susannah York. Many in double page spreads. The pictures attest to Green's creative take, reflecting no doubt, his advertising background. Signed by Green to flyleaf, 'To my dear / friend David / John d Green'. Most copies offered for sale have poorly kept dust wrappers, in part no doubt due to the book's size. This dust wrapper is unclipped, and bar some minor edgewear and a crease around a small bump to front lower tip, a fine example. Faint soil adjacent to Green's inscription. Pages show some toning around margins, only. Small split to head of spine, front tips slightly rubbed. Also included, two items of ephemera, promoting the launch of the 2016 reissue.
