This issue with several articles on Black music; poetry by Chelle McMichael and Lance Jeffers; nuclear power and the Black liberation struggle, etc. Appears to be from the collection of Representative Louis Stokes, with a mailing label to the House Office Building addressed to L. Stokes on the front cover. GOOD+ condition. Aforementioned mailing label present. Minor soiling, toning, scuffing and edgewear.
