Accompanied by Hymns Ancient and Modern for Use in the Services of the Church, [c. 1905]. London: Printed for the Proprietors of William Clowes & Sons, Ltd. 861 pages. All pages edges rouged and gilt. A few leaves slightly extended. Black endpapers. Pages clean and free from marking, soiling or staining. Old ownership inscriptions to ffep. Gilt lightly worn in places. Bound in matching full flexible black morocco with gilt "Common Prayer" and "Hymns A & M" to front covers and gilt titles to spine. Very light shelf wear to edges. The first printing of this miniature edition. Griffiths 1905/5. A very good matching pair of this Edwardian first miniature printing of the Book of Common Prayer which replaced the "Finger Prayer Book."
