Cupples & Leon Company, 1921. Grey decorated hardcover binding clean and tight, hinges good, interior a bit soiled but overall clean. DJ shows shelfwear, rubed sooit back of jacket, some wrinkles and soiled. Protected from further damage in clean Brodart jacket. Inside of dustjacket lists titles in many boys book series of the 1930s. Back of DJ lists the Baseball Joe series by Lester Chadwick to Captain of the Team. First in the series, list of titles opposite contents page lists to 4th in the Boy Ranchers series. 210 pages plus ads.. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Hardcover. Good/Near Very Good.
