New York: The De Vinne Press, 1893. Book very good, front inner hinge separating. Gilt-embossed cover with some scuffing, minor chipping at edges. Bookplate of The Union League Club-New York on front pastedown. The facsimile map of Lyne's survey is tipped-in. This one of 142 plate paper copies (another 10 were done on Japan paper), 115 pp including corrections. Numerous engravings in text. A nice facsimile and discussion of an early map of New York.. Limited. Cloth. Very Good.
