While the 1913 Armory Show played a major role in launching the sculptor's career, the 2013 exhibition is a fitting memorial to Brancusi's work and his connectedness to America and New York. profusely illustrated with spectacular color and b/w white reproductions of Brancusi's sculptures and personal photographs. Includes a color reproduction of Alexander Calder's oil on canvas "Firemen's Dinner for Brancusi," 1926. Contains timeline Brancusi in New York, bibliography and credits at rear. Minor wear along edges of binding. Else in fine condition.
