Omond proposes a tour of Bruges and the West Flanders in Belgium, providing a historical sketch from early times, and descriptions of significant events, as well as accounts of the landscapes. Pictured with thirty-seven beautiful full page coloured plates by Amédée Forestier, known for his landscapes. Collated, complete. With publisher's advertisements to the rear.  In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally lovely with only minor shelf wear and a minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Internally, firmly bound. With only minor offsetting to the endpapers, otherwise the pages are bright and clean with the odd faint minor spot to the odd leaf. Illustrated with thirty seven full page coloured plates by Amedee Forestier. Collated, complete. Near Fine

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
