About This Item
Charlottesville: University of Virginia Press, 1954. Hardcover. Small 4to. Dark blue cloth spine with gilt lettering and green paper over boards, plain brown dust jacket with two modern paper labels. 33pp. Near fine/very good. Tight and lovely first of this edition, a facsimile with added materials of this early Southern auction -- fascinating and informative to "scan the shelves," so to speak, and learn what books filled the library of a well-educated man of the cloth of this era.
