Most of this book was written by Esther Gilliland at the request of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She wrote by hand and recorded parts on tape through interviews, and her children helped to get it published her 100th birthday. This book appears to be without flaws. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg. Additional charges will apply for heavier shipments, but not until the customer agrees.
