Bound in half brown cloth and tan boards, gilt spine title, top edges gilt, others rough-trimmed. Modest gift inscription on front endpaper, else near fine. 9.25" x 6" One of 1000 copies, 800 for sale. Letters written by Howell on his three-year grand tour of The Netherlands, France, Spain and Italy.
