Very crisp & clean set that contains all 7 books of the beloved Narnia saga in a sturdy, brightly colored & illustrated box. First produced in this format in 1970, these are later printings from 1978, but retain the illustrations adapted from the work of Pauline Baynes. Book #1 is the only one that appears to have been read: it is VG+ with a small crease & minor rubbing. All other books are Near fine-Fine, appearing nearly Brand New & never opened, but some with mild rubbing along spine edges. All internal pages show light, age-appropriate page tanning, but no markings. The box itself is VG, with a dent & slight tearing to one top edge (photo 5). Else, exceptionally clean & bright, typical shelfwear rubbing to bottom edges. Our photos depict the Exact book you will receive, never "stock" images of books we don't actually have!
