Bright,colourful pictorial artwork by Jack Adkins,illustrated front light card cover,rear cover with original price (1/-, pre-decimalisation on 15 February 1971),and publisher's b/w advert for the 4 titles in the series.Splits and/or small tears at staples occasioning owner to internally sellotape strengthen both covers which were and are now,still attached. Negligible shelf-wear to edges and corners.Top+ fore-edges toned; contents bright,tight,clean,solid and sound - no dog-ear reading creases to any pages' corners, appears unread - apart from my own collation.UK,18mo wraps,s/back original,author SIGNED,1st edn,2-28pp [paginated] includes story with 1 full-page b/w illustration, several b/w vignettes within the text and 7 full-page,full colour illustrations - all by Jack Adkins,plus [unpaginated] b/w vignetted title page and text of last page to recto of rear cover.
