For the past 14 years at 9 Arcade. No date, circa 1900. Charles H. Snow had a shop in the Westminster Arcade in Providence, the first enclosed shopping mall in the United States. The arcade, a 3 story Greek Revival style building still stands today as a mixed use commercial and residential space. Condition: Near Fine with light soiling from glue residue.
