Original green cloth, with grey dust jacket printed in black and red; plain endpapers; [172]pp; list of titles facing t.p., publisher's ads to rear and rear flap of jacket. A straight copy, spine lightly sunned, gently rubbed, half-title browned, with foxing to endpapers and textblock edges, not affecting pages: around Very Good. Jacket unclipped (priced 10s. 9d.), mildly sunned at spine, edges rubbed with small chips at head, tear to front mended with tape to verso: just Very Good. GALLUP A55a.
