Reliure en plein vélin souple d'époque à rabats. Dos lisse muet. Traces de lacets. Fente au mors supérieur en tête sur deux centimètres. Taches diverses. Manque le premier feuillet de garde avant le titre. Coin droit bas de la page de titre manquant. Tache marron au coin droit bas du feuillet 14 au feuillet 32. Commentaires par Georg Henisch du traité de la sphère de Proclus, célèbre philosophe néo-platonicien du Vème siècle. Une première partie est une traduction en latin, avec le texte grec à gauche, du traité de la sphère.
