THIS EDITION CONTAINS 130+ WORKS WITH POEMS, STORIES, ESSAYS, AND MORE (ONE OF THE LARGEST COLLECTIONS EVER COMPILED FOR ONE BOOK). IF YOU SCROLL BELOW, I HAVE COMPILED A VERY EXTENSIVE LIST OF THIS BOOKS CONTENTS

The tales, poems, and essays of Edgar Allan Poe are scattered about hundreds of editions printed over time; however, very few are complete, and many only contain a tiny portion of his life work; this is not the case with this gargantuan edition which boasts nearly 1,000+ pages—one of the largest compilations ever made.

Edgar Allan Poe's poems and tales are highly regarded and significantly impact literature. His works are known for their dark and mysterious themes, psychological depth, and masterful storytelling. Some of his most famous poems include "The Raven," "Annabel Lee," and "The Bells." Notable tales by Poe include "The Tell-Tale Heart," "The Fall of the House of Usher," and "The Murders in the Rue Morgue." All of these are included in this extensive volume.

Poe's writings have influenced various genres, mainly Gothic fiction, horror, and detective fiction, in a lasting way. His unique style and exploration of the human psyche continue to captivate readers and inspire writers today.

Edgar Allan Poe born Edgar Poe January 19, 1809 – October 7, 1849) was an American writer, poet, editor, and literary critic. Poe is best known for his poetry and short stories, particularly his mystery and macabre tales. He is widely regarded as a central figure of Romanticism in the United States and American literature. He was one of the country's earliest practitioners of the short story. He is generally considered the inventor of the detective fiction genre and is further credited with contributing to the emerging science fiction genre. He was the first well-known American writer to earn a living through writing alone, resulting in a financially difficult life and career.

The overall condition of this book is very good despite being printed 32 years ago. It has some light shelf wear but has been exceptionally well-preserved. The interior pages look to have been possibly unread.
