Number 405 of only 1000 sets. Signed by author to limitation page. Also includes two pages of manuscript in Hubbard's hand from "Civil Righteousness" including notes on Grand Rapids Michigan. Art Deco style decoration to quarter brown morocco over paper boards; 4 raised bands with gilt particulars to spine; top edge gilt, all others deckled. Hors texte plates with tissue guards throughout. General wear to boards (see image). 8 x 11 3/4 inches.
