Featuring chapters concerned with fishing techniques, the author's addiction with carps, and information on the carp.With illustrations in text by the author. Dennis Watkins-Pitchford was a British naturalist and illustrator, author of children's books under the pseudonym 'BB'. He was an expert fisherman with a gift for descriptive writing.  In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally with bumping to head and tail of spine, back strip faded. Previous ownership ink inscription to front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. Good
