Washington, DC: United States Government Printing Office, 1913. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. Contains signed tipped-in letter from Joseph R. Bryson, U.S. Representative from South Carolina's 4th congressional district. His office information also stamped on rear endsheet. Letter, endsheets and book edges are foxed. Text pages are clean and crisp. Bound in 1/2 leather with blue marbled boards. Gilt lettering to spine. Leather of spine is smooth and clean, except for dark spot near tail. One corner open. Binding is tight and square and hinges are sturdy. An attractive copy with historical value. Full refund if not satisfied.
