About This Item
New York, (1950): Gnome Press. First Edition. Octavo. 224 pages. After writing short stories in which this theme was a classic, this was Simak's first novel to expand the theme and become one of his most important early contributions. A very nice near fine copy in unclipped pictorial dust jacket with thin wrinkle to upper edge of front panel and a few tiny spots of rubbing to edges.
