"Documents Edna Hibel's exhibition at Castle Mainau, Lake Constance, Germany, June-July, 1980." ; 16mo 6" - 7" tall; (86) pages; Edna Hibel was an American painter best known for her Impressionistic landscapes and Mother and Children series, inspired by the work of both Mary Cassatt and Pierre-Auguste Renoir. Born in 1917 in Boston, MA, Hibel went on to study painting at the Boston Museum School of Fine Art, graduating in 1939. .
