Maroon cloth boards and spine with bright gold lettering on spine. 151 pp. The covered bridge is one of the genuine American landmarks. The story of the development of these old bridges in Vermont is in many respects representative of the story of covered bridges throughout the country. A fascinating study of which the author and photographer of this book have made full use of. This new and corrected edition of a standard work includes 100 superb B&W photographs. A clean and very presentable copy in Brodart mylar.
