Condition" very good plus to near fine; several tears conservation mended on back of map; no paper loss; almost imperceptible; otherwise, clean and bright and complete. ABSOLUTELY ORIGINAL 1896. Phillips & Desjardins bird's-eye-view perspective map of two of Colorado's most productive gold mining towns of the 19th century. No folds. ALL ORIGINAL!!!!!
