Chicago: The University of Chicago Press, 1981. First edition. Hardcover in dustjacket. A VG+ copy in brown cloth binding, clean and firmly bound, no textual markings of any kind, no previous ownership markings - very nice indeed. In a Very Good jacket with light edgewear and a tiny amount of paper loss at corner tips; also a little browned along spine. Jacket is now protected in a clear mylar sleeve. Very difficult to find in hardcover. .
