Synopsis
One of five novels written by the famous African American writer, teacher, sociologist, and activist, Dark Princess: A Romance tells the story of an African-American doctor falling in love with an Indian Princess against a backdrop of radical politics and the quest for racial justice. Du Bois described the novel as one of his favorite works.
